Please email us with your order number or invoice  number and details of your issue, we will respond as quickly as possible.

 

If you are waiting to receive an order, please be aware that orders take up to 10 days within Australia (unless you purchased express postage). We are able to track your parcel with Australia Post on request 10 days after your order was placed.

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD QUESTIONS

If you have not received your digital download or are unable to access it on your computer, please email us with the pattern name and number and we will email the pattern.

PATTERN QUESTIONS

If you have a question regarding a pattern error or need assistance with a pattern, its best to email your question with some detail about the issue. We will research your question and get back to you as quickly as possible via our pattern consultant. Please do not call with pattern questions as our pattern consultant only responds to emails.
